Mads Menoher
Executive Director
Mads (they/them) is a queer human rights activist working in social impact. Originally from Florida, they hold a BS in Women’s Studies and Psychology, and have a passion for community service. Currently working in international gender advocacy, they are committed to bridging the partisan divides in government and providing equal access to resources across the world.

Maura Barilla
Administrative Chair
Maura (she/her) is currently working in the retail fashion industry with a passion for sustainability and LGBTQ+ rights. She studied Supply Chain and Operations Management and Business through the lens of International Relations. Maura grew up in Charlotte, NC, but has lived in NC, SC, FL, and has been in NYC for just over a year now.

Jackson Houvouras
Advocacy Chair
Jackson is a Florida native now living in Brooklyn, NY. With a degree in Literature and Media from Florida State University they have a keen passion for arts and culture. Coming from a community deeply valuing minority values and voices, he aims to maintain efforts in uplifting the two within the NYC area with the Advocacy Circle.

Anne-Marie Jardine
Outreach Chair
Anne-Marie (she/they) is a current Master’s student at NYU obtaining a degree in Global Affairs in Peacebuilding. She holds a BA in International Relations and Global Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin. She was born and raised in Austin, TX. They have worked in public and higher education for three years and are passionate about immigrants rights, sustainability, LGBTQ+ rights, education equity, women’s rights, and overall humanitarian issues.

Rachel Fontenot
Volunteer Coordinator
Rachel (she/her) is a queer dancer and activist working in arts nonprofits. She holds a BFA in dance and psychology from Florida State University but is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She is passionate about fighting for LGBTQ+ rights, healthcare access, and racial equality.
